Do you have a minimum order?

  • Yes we do!  We typically don’t take on any orders less than 20 custom t-shirts/garments.
  • The reason that we have a t-shirt printing minimum is due to all of the setup/clean up time involved with setting up the printing press.
  • If you’re looking for orders less than 20 custom t-shirts we would suggest looking into a company that does Direct to Garment printing.

Will you print a single t-shirt?

  • We’re sorry but we don’t typically print single t-shirts or do sample prints.
  • If you’re looking for a single shirt we would suggest looking into a company that does Direct to Garment Printing.
  • Otherwise our digital t-shirt mockup that we provide is typically relatively accurate to how the shirt will come out on the final product.  Just keep in mind that the mockup is usually based on a size medium t-shirt.

How do I get a quote?

  • The easiest way to get a quote for your custom t-shirt order is to use the Contact Form that we provide here on our website.
    • The more information you can provide allows us to more accurately quote your future order.
    • Expect at least a few hours for a response depending on the time that you contacted us.
    • If you’re in a rush please give us a call to let us know that you sent us an e-mail through the Contact Form and we will do our best to take a look at it ASAP!
  • You can always give us a call for a rough estimate. We do prefer to take an actual physical look at the project before committing to a quote though so please keep that in mind.

How does custom t-shirt pricing work?

  • Custom t-shirt printing is based on multiple variables including:
    • Custom t-shirt quantity
    • T-shirt color
    • Number of ink colors
    • T-shirt/Garment blank brand
    • Number of print locations
    • Size of the print area
  • Custom t-shirt quantity
    • The larger the t-shirt quantity the better the pricing due to the larger volume.
    • The smaller the t-shirt quantity the higher the pricing will be due to the smaller volume.
    • It takes the same amount of effort to setup/breakdown the printing regardless of the order size.  We make up for that on the pricing depending on the quantity/volume size of the order.
  • T-shirt color
    • Typically we charge a little more to print on darker colored garments compared to lighter colored garments.
    • We usually have to do multiple coats of ink on darker colored garments.  This allows for the print to be more opaque and vibrant!
  • Number of ink colors
    • The more ink colors needed for your custom t-shirt design the more we will need to charge.
    • This is due to the additional setup/clean up time involved in doing multi colored prints.
  • T-shirt/Garment blank brand
    • Depending on the t-shirt/garment brand and quality option the client selects it will be reflected in the final pricing
    • There are many standard blank option brands such as Gildan, Jerzees, Hanes and Tultex.
    • There are also many higher end brand options such as Next Level, Bella Canvas, Comfort Colors, American Apparel and Independent Trading Co.
  • Number of print locations
    • The more print locations on the garment the more we will need to charge for the final product.
    • Specialty print locations such as sleeves or side prints may have an extra upcharge depending on the project.
  • Size of the print area
    • The larger the print area typically the more we would need to charge.
    • Full back or front prints will typically incur a higher cost compared to only a chest or half back sized print.
    • Also the amount of ink the design takes is usually factored in as well.  The more full a design is the more we will typically charge to cover our materials.

Where are you located?

  • We operate out of a residence in the Boston, MA.
  • There is not an accurate address of our location online anywhere to avoid clients randomly showing up to our residence.
  • We operate on a schedule based system.  If/when you need to pick up shirts we prefer for the client to setup a timeframe to expect them.
  • We can also come to your location!  That’s right we do offer delivery services to anyone in the Boston, MA area.  Most of the time this service is free of charge!
  • If you would like to schedule an in person meeting to go over design ideas and/or garments we can totally arrange that!
 

Do you do same day printing?

  • Unfortunately this isn’t a service that we typically offer.  Primarily due to there not being any local t-shirt suppliers in the Boston area.
  • If the client would be willing to provide their own t-shirts and meet our order minimum of 20 t-shirts there is a possibility of same day printing.
  • Please keep in mind we would need to charge a PREMIUM to provide this service if it’s at all possible.

Do you offer rush t-shirt printing services?

  • We do offer rush t-shirt printing when we can fit it into our current workload/schedule.
  • Typically we do charge extra for rush orders depending on the size of the order and the time frame.
  • If the client is looking to receive their shirts in 8 days or less it is a considered a rush t-shirt printing job.
  • Please keep in mind that there is typically a 24 – 48 hour shipping grace period before receiving any garments from the t-shirt supplier.
  • The printing wouldn’t be able to take place until after the 24-48 hour shipping process so please keep that in mind for your timeline.

Can you help with graphic design?

  • Of course we can assist with custom graphic design services!  Let us know your idea for your custom t-shirts and we will do our best to bring your idea to life!
  • Depending on the complexity of the design as well as the size of the order we do typically charge artwork fees for our time performing our graphic design services.
  • If you already have some kind of design or artwork idea that you would like to use as a reference please send it over.
  • If you would like to help with the design process by selecting a custom font we suggest taking a look at Dafont.com for some custom and unique fonts!

How long does it usually take to fulfill a custom t-shirt order?

  • We typically tell our customers the turnaround time is usually within 7 – 10 days.  This timeframe starts once the customer officially places their order.  Occasionally wait times will be longer and a lot of times depending on the order they could potentially be done sooner!
  • If the wait time will be longer than 7-10 days we will do our best to communicate that to the customer.
  • Please let us know your timeline if you have a specific timeframe that you need your custom t-shirts completed by.
  • We do offer rush t-shirt printing services if needed!

What forms of payment do you take?

  • We take cash, check, card or Paypal. If a customer prefers to pay with a card or through Square.
  • We can also take Venmo/Cash App or Zelle upon request.

Can I provide my own shirts?

  • Yes our customers are more than welcome to provide their own shirts!
  • Please keep in mind we do get wholesale pricing through our garment suppliers.  Our wholesale pricing may be significantly less than any retail or online store that sales blank t-shirts.  Also the level of quality may be higher depending on the brand option that you decide to go with
  • Keep in mind if you bring us expensive garments to print on you should expect it to be reflected in the final price.  We may upcharge as a form of insurance for ourselves in case there is a mistake made during the printing process.
